[CQ-Contest] Will the next solar cycles be weaker than current Solar Cycle 24?

I seem to recall the opposite.  That because of the declining intensity of cosmic rays (I remember seeing a convincing graph of cosmic rays over the past several decades, Cycle 24 was predicted to significantly weaker than Cycle 23.  And that was correct. 

I have not seen an updated graph since that time but some months back I did hear that the cosmic ray intensity has continued to fall and that would augur for an even weaker Cycle 25.

If you remember near the end of Cycle 23, scientists were predicting that
Cycle 24 might be the largest one on record.  Shows how good their
predictions are.
