[CQ-Contest] Oceania contest lessons

Hello, about OCDXContest a YC#XX answer on 21 mhz to my Call No EU 
station...uhmm but at Point  # 4. THE OBJECT is for: • Oceania 
transmitting stations to contact as many stations as possible both 
inside and outside the Oceania region. May be I'm wrong something? Best
