Hi Sam:

Last year's results are forthcoming, at this point probably a couple of 
weeks post-2017 operation.  This is not good, I understand, but it is 
what it is.  DX (and all) entries in the contest are shown on the 
webpage you describe.  Plaques for 2016 will be forthcoming shortly 
after results are published.  2009-2015 results will be added once a 
final home for the web server is determined.  2017 results will be added 
4-5 months post-contest.
