The World Wide Radio Operators Foundation (www.wwrof.org) is pleased to present several upcoming Webinars, just in time for the contest season.  

Please note that Frank Donovan, W3LPL, will join Carl K9LA as a presenter for the 2017/2018 contest Propagation program.  Rumor has it Frank knows a thing or two about contesting and propagation.
