[CQ-Contest] Filters

These are low pass filters. Don't confuse them with "band pass filters".
These are what you put on your rig or amp to keep you from transmitting
third order harmonics. Band pass filters cut off above and below so you
could run 15 meters and the station next door could be on 40. With both of
you running BPF's you eliminate the interference. If you were running this
LPF system, you might be fine if you’re the station on 40 but the one on 15
would still hear you.

Joe,
I haven't used this one but I do use the Array Solutions AS-419 Bandpasser
II System (https://www.arraysolutions.com/filters/as-419) driven by their
BandMaster III band decoder
(https://www.arraysolutions.com/station-automation/bandmaster-3). They work
well and are totally automated so that I can't screw it up.
I'm primarily a VHF guy, but do like to use my radios during SS as a
multi-low effort.

A Buddy of mine bought one of these,
https://www.hamradio.com/detail.cfm?pid=H0-012171
Instead of separate bandpass filters.
I know what it says it does, but I have not been able to find any spec's
on it anywhere. Like what the attenuation curves are for each position.
Anyone?
