[CQ-Contest] Log analysis apps/software

You'll get Country stats using the CTY.DAT file shipped with the program
inside the Zip.  Just copy it to the same directory where you're running
CBSW.

Don't try to use the "Official" AD1C version of CTY.DAT (too big for old
program).
