         Basically I agree with you. I also DO NOT plan to use FT8. Tho it

         might very helpfull to UNlimited class 0n 80 meters for 
multipliers

         If anyone is wondering, yes I do operate a lot of FT8.  I have two

         radio/computer set up, and generally my backup is on FT8, while 
I am

         doing important things on main computer.
