Can I also just point out that wondering What The Heck Is Going On, when a question or concern is raised (regardless of the reputation or alleged reputation of the person raising the question or concern) does not indicate that the tale told is being accepted and 100% believed on face value?

This can be done without revealing all the methodology of how the decision
was made.

If we have someone that is a constant cheater they can just be banned and
you move on.

Life is too short, people cheat and will cheat and will continue to do so
regardless of the rules.
