[CQ-Contest] Real Score Cluster latest update

Hi,

As we have already mentioned we were Real Score Cluster running a full
functional mode test. during the last ARRL DX CW contest. The 100% of score
postings were shared between 2 score board servers: cqcontest.net and
contestonlinescore.com score boards. We have prepared a small article about
how the Real Score Cluster works.
