[CQ-Contest] Stew Perry preliminary results

The first look at the results of the Stew Perry contest are now available.

We also found a bug in the software that was not incrementing the continent
totals for Asia and Oceania.  This has been fixed.

We have received 621 logs so far - and it appears the QSO totals are the
best ever in this contest.
