[CQ-Contest] Constant Calling

That tactic of pileup breaking started quite a while ago from certain 
areas across the pond.  These lids will find who you are attempting to 
work and just pile on their callsigns.  I wish more DX would start 
taking lists and emailing those bad actors and threatening to never work 
or qsl them if there behavior continues.
