[CQ-Contest] CQWW SSB 2017 Effective DQ

Are they requesting files from all categories for the top 5 or did they 
happen to single you out for some reason........Not sure what a voice 
log is going to show in regards to power.

Sadly unintended consequences and pissed off players now.
