NS Sprint for February 2, 0230-0300Z

To repeat comments on 3Y0Z by Bill and Ken, we are probably OK for this
week, but look out for next week.  The pileup can easily go 20 kHz up from
the tentative 23 kHz up from the band edge
from Bouvet.

There were 35 logs on 3830 last week plus several more ops who didn't
submit there.  A hearty welcome to newcomers AF5Q and AB0OR.
