[CQ-Contest] WRTC 2022 qualifications criterias? Any new thoughts or ideas?

Absolutely!
Even tho the Olympics have already screwed that up.
It's like the rules now go by their Ancestry DNA Pie chart, like this one.

It says I can compete as an Italian.

Sorry Nope. to compete as an Italian you must live in italy 90% or more 
of the time.
