[CQ-Contest] Need help, TS-590SG, Winkeyer

Bob, You need to download the FTDI USB Control drivers as well. 
http://k1el.tripod.com/WKUSBX.html

Then when you plug the WinKeyer into a USB port it should show up on the 
Device Manager in MS Windows.
