Today, Icom released updated firmware, version 1.10, for the Icom
IC-7610. Unfortunately, this update contains a defect: the packets that
convey spectrum data are missing the header required by the CI-V
protocol. As a result, the Spectrum-Waterfall windows maintained by
Win4Icom, RumLog, N1MM, and DXLab are inoperative.

Icom has been notified; hopefully, they will issue updated firmware with
the defect corrected. Until then, we recommend that users who rely on
the Spectrum-Waterfall window remain with firmware version 1.06. If
you've already upgraded to version 1.10, you can revert to version 1.06.
