[CQ-Contest] [WRTC2018] looking for a new team leader

Why DL1CW has to go if his TL can’t. Hi did not win the ticket, 5H3EE who was #1 at AF took him as teammate. 
Let’s #2 from AF be TL and he have to choose who will go with him on WRTC.
