As usual, the CWT sessions this week (March 14-15) will be slower-speed
versions in order to welcome new graduates from the CWops CW Academy
courses, as well as anyone else who would like to join in but is
intimidated by fast CW. Please keep your speed down to 20 wpm or less this
week. The following week will be back to normal.

CW Academy grads and teachers will be sending CWA in place of the usual
membership number or state/province/country in the exchange. Other rules
stay the same - see <http://www.cwops.org/cwt.html>. Please report your
claimed scores at 3830scores.com as usual.

The UTC start times for the three sessions (1300Z and 1900Z Wednesday and
0300Z Thursday) will be the same as usual, but CWTers in much of North
America need to remember that the local times will be an hour later than
last week's because of the Daylight Saving Time change. The time change in
most of Europe will be in two more weeks, after which we will all be on the
(Northern hemisphere) summer schedule.

73,
Rich VE3KI
CWT manager
