[CQ-Contest] NCJ Article RE: Sweepstakes Change Suggestions

One of the things that I would never vote for with SS would be changing 
the exchange.  It is what makes it unique and different and has a ton of 
history behind it.  As other have said there is a no copying skill 
contest nearly every other weekend, go try those.
