[CQ-Contest] Here's an idea...

In defense of the SCP and Stu, K6TU, who maintains it, the SCP contains 
only callsigns. There are no names in the SCP database.

I suspect you are referring to a call history file, supported by some 
flavors of contest logging software. There is no individual maintaining 
that. Some clubs and individuals have put together their own versions of 
call history files. Use at your own risk.
