[CQ-Contest] RDXC log rejected

What's up with the RDXC robot?  I tried uploading my perfectly good Cabrillo
log via the RDXC web page and it was rejected as an "empty file".  It isn't
empty.  I tried sending it as an email attached file and it was rejected
again as an empty file.  The log was created by N1MM+ v.1.0.7112.0.  It's a
perfectly good Cabrillo file.  Am I the only victim of the Russian Robot?
