Hello all,

Would be nice if EVERYONE actually read the rules and operated by them.

Out of my first 100 Q's, 3 people did not/would not send their call as 
part of the exchange.

 From the ARRL website, the rules read:

*4.3. *Your Callsign *(bemember that you must include your call sign 
during the exchange)*

If  you don't send your call, it should not logged as it's not a 
COMPLETE exchange.
