Greetings Diddlers:

The upcoming weekend has one of the major RTTY tests on tap: WAE DX RTTY. WAE is always interesting, especially with the unique QTC exchanges. And, for RTTY we can all work each other as well as a bit more leeway in who gets to exchange QTCs and in which direction. So brush up on the rules and join in on the weekend.

If you need a diddling tune up, please join us this Thursday evening (NA) and ensure you are ready to go. Here’s the usual list of times, rules and extra notes for our usual Thursday soiree.

And don’t forget that things begin 1 hour earlier in local time. If your CQs go unanswered, check UTC and see if maybe you are about an hour late!

Friday, 9 Nov 2018, 0145Z - 0215Z (Thursday 8 Nov 2018 in NA)
-- 1745 - 1815 PST
-- 2045 - 2115 EST
-- (others in-between those two)
-- 160: 1805 and up (Last two minutes seem to be popular…)
-- 80/40/20/15 +80kHz up from the band edge
-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules
-- Mults per band.-- 100W power limit
