[CQ-Contest] Need KH6 op to help with Dec 7 commeration

We are honoring the namesake of DAV Chapter 86, Chief Petty Officer James
Booe, Bandmaster, who perished on the USS Oklahoma.  Also, we will be
honoring his nephew Sisco Deen, 2017 Veteran of the Year for Flagler
County, FL.  We have the original radio grams to be sent via nts etc.
