[CQ-Contest] September 2019 NA RTTY Sprint Preliminary Results Posted

The final results article will be in the Jan-Feb 2019 NCJ.  Be sure to
request your LCR (Log Check Report).  There were seven Golden Logs this time
(including the winner!), but on the other hand there were a lot of errors in
other logs.  Seems like some folks are relying on pre-fill (from either a
logger database or their brain) more than what they copy over the air.   ;>)
