There is an article for those who may think next solar cycle may not start.

Although title is very optimistic, take away is that next expected cycle
will be little stronger than SC24, still one of the weakest in modern
history.
I understand, this is collective prediction.
There have been few more predictions lately:

All three agree that cycle will be little stronger than SC24 and will start
around end 2019-beginning 2020.
Lets see how predictions hold.
