[CQ-Contest] Real time uploading and double blind matching. Was: The Story of Online QSLs

Real time uploads meaning an API like ClubLog or eQSL. I do know that
N3FJP does it, but I think they just put a single QSO in a file and do
an upload that way. That seems inefficient.
