[CQ-Contest] 20 Meter Intruder?

Yesterday afternoon the signal at 14.001.5MHz was S9+20 in SE Michigan,
at a beam heading around 60 degrees. Yesterday evening the signal was
gone.

Have been listening since about 5:30am EST this morning and the signal
re-appeared at 13:00z (8:00am EST). Strength was again S9+20, but fading
now.

When signal was strong I captured a panadapter screenshot showing
distinctive ACK/NACK between Tx and Rx at intervals of about 2 seconds.
