[CQ-Contest] WWROF Webinar - New WW Digi Contest

Oops.  I was hoping to pull the plug on this flubbed announcement before 
it went out.  I forgot to put in the dates.  Oops.

These WWROF webinars are NOT 2-3 days from now, they are the following 
weekend:

Sunday AUGUST 4 at 1800 UTC
Monday AUGUST 5 (local) at 0100 UTC (Tuesday AUGUST 6 UTC)

To clarify the local times, _the first one is Sunday afternoon in the 
USA and Sunday night in Europe.  The second one is Monday evening in the 
USA_.

Oops.  I'll get the hang of this sooner or later.  See you all in the 
IOTA contest?
