[CQ-Contest] FT4 *is* a contesting mode. Was: WSJT-X 2.1.0-rc6

FT4 works well in low propagation. That is likely the cause for its current
popularity. Understanding how it works is not too important, but is
fascinating to me because of my studies in physics in college. The
principal is similar to that used in Joe Taylor's universe objects (quasar)
discovery experiments.

I am glad for those who love it. Really. But this "big brother" "app"
mentality that goes along with FT (X) would be a non-starter for me.

Don't try and disable my modes bro....

FT4 will be disabled in the software for June VHF and FD. Time will tell if
it can beat out FT8. But FT8 only for June VHF (+ the "normal' modes). FT4
is improved in the latest release but still be tweaked. Dan KI6X
