[CQ-Contest] Slow-speed CWTs this week

No number needed - the exchange is your name and state/province/country if
you are not a CWops member, name and number if you are a member. CWTs are
every Wednesday at 1300Z, 1900Z and 0300Z, and last for one hour each
(three separate sessions each Wednesday). On 40m, most of the action is
between 7028 and 7044 kHz or so, similarly for other bands. Scoring: one
point per QSO, one multiplier point per call sign worked (once per contest
- so if you work the same station on two bands, you get two QSO points but
only one multiplier point for that call sign). In N1MM+, the contest log
