[CQ-Contest] Verizon Fios Quantum Gateway Port Forwarding Bug

Several DX Cluster sysops using Verizon Fios have experienced 
Port Forwarding problems over the last ten days. This problem 
can affect any Fios Quantum Gateway user who have installed 
Port Forwarding rules in their Gateway for any reason. 



Verizon discovered a problem with their Fios Quantum Gateway 
remote management software that causes Quantum Gateways to 
delete their Port Forwarding Rules. Their faulty Gateway remote 
management software has been taken out of service until a permanent 
solution is implemented.
