[CQ-Contest] Washington Sate Salmon Run

It's here, the Salmon Run. Sponsored by the
Western Washington DX Club, it's the only place you can win
smoked salmon for getting on the air. We also have beautiful certificates,
plaques, and this year, something new -  a commemorative beer
glass to a few deserving ops.
