[CQ-Contest] Room Reservations for Dayton 2020 at the CrownePlaza hotel in downtown Dayton

It has more rooms 399 vs 287 and more conference rooms 19 vs 12 than the 
Crowne Plaza. Plus I bet the parking is better. It's sometimes a 
challenge to get a spot in the parking garage at the CP with the 
International Food Festival going on at the Dayton Convention Center the 
same weekend of Dayton.
