However, the op doesn’t have any information about the individual contests to submit to 3830Scores.com. This presents a problem for anyone participating in the State QSO Party Challenge. They Challenge sponsors have written a routine tp parse out the four sets of scores for N1MM+, but it is tailored to that one package.

That's a "feature" of Cabrillo logs - they contain no scoring information for each QSO, and must be independently scored (sorted out) by sponsors.
