Sure. I've taken old cards to my friendly checker, K6KLY, who's always 
been happy to check them. Ditto for W6OAT, who checked a lot of cards 
forr CQ Fields. My guess is that all it takes is filling out the right 
paperwork and taking it to the card checker.
