Good point !  He must not care, as it's been going on for at least a couple/few
years.
I am sure he must get many dupes every contest....wouldn't you wonder why, after
a while?
Either he sends by hand sometime or there is any extra space in one of his CQ's
- - or software glitch/delay ?
