The things we used to do.  Yes.  Wow.  Dupe sheets that took up all the 
leftover space in front of the radios.  Pentel pencils revolutionized 
the game at one time.  Had my first Pentel in CQWW CW 1975 at W6RTT.  
Official CQ log sheets 40 QSOs to the side.

DX Edge, man.   Geoff Watts' list.  Vibroplex all the way.  2 elements 
on 40 and cookin' with gas.
