[CQ-Contest] Rules for SAC 2020

Submit checklog, it migth gave them a idea why all submit a checklog than a counting log....,

Here my radio QTH area we dont had internet.... barely LTE signal.....

So i always «happy» if i can submit Assisted by scrolling my phone. 
There is no way to get telnet or dxcluster into the logger proper way.. coz we dont had internet or fancy 6000 usd dollar skimmer radio...

Keep contesting simple and fair, now i need a $1000 fibre internet installed at radioqth to be into top 10 of SAC... «not»
