Each contest may have its own interpretation on this.
The CQ WW rules FAQ addresses this exact question.
Q: If I am a Single Operator, can I use the Reverse Beacon Network (RBN) or DX Cluster to look for spots of my own callsign?
A: No, this is not permitted. If you do this, you should enter as Single Operator Assisted.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] RBN Question
So, if I look at my own RBN reports during a contest, am I assisted?
(Not that I've ever done that!)
