[CQ-Contest] RTTY RU Practice sessions ??????

Randy,

I can't keep track of the FTx assignments either.  There must have been 
some good reason for sticking this FTx right in the middle of the 
already pretty narrow 80m RTTY range escapes me as well.

The good news is that RTTY guys on 80m for this contest are going down 
lower so there's a lot less QRM and plenty of elbow room there.  I would 
swear I recall working someone on S&P down in the 355x range before.
