[CQ-Contest] RDXC - Possibly looking for a seat

I may be in the market for a seat at a competitive multi-op or even a
single op QTH in the upcoming Russian DX Contest if anyone has a spot
available.

Prefer zones 15, 20, 21.  Cheap accommodations for a few days of tourist
activities before or after would be a major bonus!

Operating RDXC from this part of the world has been on my list for a long
time.
Any help or info is much appreciated.
