[CQ-Contest] Revising RBN Callsign Pattern File for WPX CW

Seems like WPX always brings a number of new callsign patterns - 
1-character suffixes and the like.  If you anticipate putting such a 
call on the air and if the pattern is not currently in the pattern file 
<http://www.reversebeacon.net/pages/patt3ch.lst+36>, please e-mail me by 
May 20 so we can get the revised pattern file up on the server and 
widely distributed before the contest.
