All 2020 reservations are being rolled to 2021 unless you want a refund - to which you must contact the hotel. There is no danger of not receiving a refund. They will be back in a week or two when the Ohio Governor gives them the green light.

Has anyone received a refund of their deposit from the CrownPlaza yet?  K3LR said two months ago they would  be processed.....
I can't get hold of the front desk - just a stay-at-homeperson with an unintelligible phone so can't find out whetherwhat the situation of my reservation is!
