[CQ-Contest] Question about category

John,

I don't believe either own their stations. I've been to P40W and it's 
located on land that someone else owns which they let John put up his 
station and towers. I'm not sure about Andy's case. Either way they 
don't just show up and operate as someone suggested.  All the 
preparation and troubleshooting is up to them.
