I watched the Jet Blue flight pull out of the gate next to mine at Boston
Logan this morning with vacationers bound for Aruba

Seems you just need to upload some documents and take a test.

I suspect most places will be getting similar rules in places quickly or
face a complete wipeout of the travel and tourism industry.
