Greetings Diddlers:

Good turnout last week. Relative newcomers NK4O and KA6BIM were in the mix, with our usual compliment of regulars. A number of CQWW RTTY practice stations were around, and I think they had no idea what was going on. I hope everyone had a great time over the weekend.

This weekend has the Russian WW Digital test, and of course the RTTYOps Weekend Sprint. But seeing how the Northern California Contest Club (sponsor of our little ditty) is also the sponsor of the California QSO Party, I have to put a good word in for a CW/SSB contest.

The California QSO Party is Saturday and Sunday (alas no digital modes) but plenty of fun for everyone. So maybe put the diddle machine on hold and find your keyer paddles and microphone. Hey, once in a while can be fun! Yours truly will be K6I along with a bunch of other single letter calls spelling SEQUOIA. So please join us for a great weekend. Details on the CQP website: http://cqp.org Hope to work many of you.

The details for our little get together this week to keep your diddles in tune:
