[CQ-Contest] Doctor DX clone?

People's circumstances differ.  Personally, if I had it, I would probably
play with it while I'm traveling for work.  Other hams who are in severe
HOA situations or apartments but are part of multi op  teams, could use it
to practice.  Etc.  Etc.
