Thanks, Dennis.  You raise an interesting question - if you use spots 
only to see how *you* are getting out, and not to identify specific 
stations to call, is that assisted?  I think I can do that with an AR 
cluster V6 node and a little filter trickery. I see all spots of me now, 
while limiting spots of stations to work to those spotted by RBN nodes 
in my area.

My antenna situation is a little better than yours - I have a small 
tribander up 50 feet.  Most of my time is spent on wires at less than 
that height.
