[CQ-Contest] Single Op Single Band Unlimited

Wouldn't that translate to that someone who does Single-Op Unlimited OR
Single-Op Unassisted can be either All band or Single Band? Maybe they
have a typo because you can't be Single-Op Unlimited and Single-Op
Unassisted.
